A1. Where is The Parent Company based at?

A2. Are our products genuine?

Yes! All of our products are 100% genuine and are distributed directly from respective brands.

A3. What are the difference between Colognes, EDT and EDP?

They indicate the difference in the concentration of perfume essence in a perfume, which then affects how long the perfumes last.

A4. I’m new to perfumes, where can I get recommendation?

We’re here to help! Feel free to reach out to our Customer Service, we will be able to provide you recommendation according to your preferred scents.

Alternatively, if you would prefer to have a whiff of the perfumes in-person, you may also visit our showroom. Our signature Testing Lab has all testers available, and our staff are there to assist you.

A5. Is your website secure? What kind of information do you collect?

Our website is secure. We strictly only collect information that you have provided us on the order page such as name, email, shipping address and contact number for contact and shipping purposes. For more information, you may visit our Privacy Policy page.

A6. Can we bring the miniature perfumes on board the plane?

Yes! Anything below 100ml and 3.3floz are permitted to board on plane without check-in.

A7. Do perfumes have expiry date?

Perfumes have an average shelf life up to five years. However, as long as you keep your perfumes at a cool room away from direct light, they should last long and will be safe to use.


B. Online Orders and Shipping

B1. Do you provide shipping to other countries?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. If you would like to double check the shipping to your country, you may consult our Customer Service.

B2. What are your online payment methods?

We accept payment by debit/credit card on our website. For Malaysia and Singapore orders, if you would prefer payment via bank transfer or QR, you may contact our customer service via WhatsApp 601133227588, we may then assist you accordingly.

B3. How can I ensure that my order is made? How do I trace my item's status once the order is made?

An order confirmation email would be sent to you once your order has been successfully placed. Another email containing your order’s shipment courier and tracking number would be sent once your order has been dispatched for shipping. Should you have any concerns regarding your parcel, feel free to reach out to our Customer Service.

B4. Why do some products come without it’s box?

The unboxed products are taken out from a complete set, rest assured, they are brand new and authentic.

B5. How do I change my shipping address?

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us via WhatsApp +60 1133227588 as soon as possible and let us know your order ID. Kindly be informed that the changing of shipping address would only be possible prior to the shipment of your parcel. If your order has already been shipped, kindly understand that we may not be able to make any changes to the shipping address.

B6. Will the perfume be damaged during shipment?

Don’t worry, we bubble wrap all orders to prevent any damage. The package is proven to withstand shock.

B7. Do you provide hand written wish card service?

Yes, we do. You may contact our Customer Service for additional wish card service.

B8. Can I order now but hold my parcel first? I am currently away from the shipping address.

Of course! You may contact our Customer Service and provide the exact date of delivery to our Customer Service.

B9. Do you provide delivery to local hotels (in Malaysia)?

Yes! We provide Instant Delivery. We highly recommend that you reach out to Customer Service before placing your order to check the stock availability of your orders. You may contact our Customer Service once you have placed your order so that we can arrange for delivery as soon as possible.

B10. What happens if my ordered item runs out of stock?

Please note that our online and offline sales run concurrently and our stock levels may not always be perfectly synchronized, causing the occasional situation that out-of-stock products may still be available on the website. Should this problem arise for your order, our Customer Service will reach out to you. Under usual circumstances, you may be informed of the waiting time for the restock of the item. Shall you need your order urgently, you may exchange your initial order to other items of equivalent value. Nonetheless, our Customer Service will assist you accordingly.

B11. How long will my parcel take before reaching me?

All online orders for ready-stocks typically take 2-3 days to be dispatched from the day the order is made. After the order is dispatched, the deliveries typically take:

For local parcels within Malaysia:

2-3 days

For International Orders:

Typically within 5 days

Certain international orders may take up to 20-25 days of delivery depending on respective country custom regulations. As perfumes are classified as dangerous goods for international shipping, certain country customs hold stricter control over any shipments containing perfumes. This may cause delay to any parcels that encounter detention. We kindly ask for your understanding upon this matter. B12. (For international orders) Do i get taxed?

Custom charges (for example, import duties/tax) depend on whether customs decides to check your parcel, which is not guaranteed. We take all necessary measures to prevent customs taxes on your shipment. However, our shipping company has advised that customs may occasionally choose to hold parcels, resulting in unavoidable taxes. Please note that this is a random occurrence, and not every parcel is subject to these taxes

C1. How do I contact customer support?

C2. Can I get refund if I got a fake perfume?

We only sell authentic designer's fragrances; all our perfumes are 100% Original. Should you suspect you have received fake/counterfeit items, please contact our Customer Service with attached evidence. To ensure your confidence in our products, we also offer a money-back guarantee should the product be proven to be fake/counterfeit. Our main focus is to maintain long-term relationships with our customers.

C3. Will the actual products appear exactly the same as shown in the pictures on the website?

Most of the actual products are the same as the pictures shown, but there will be a minority of miniature perfumes that are referenced to their full-sized perfume. As not all miniature products have high-resolution images, and in our effort to provide an optimal visual experience on our website, there are certain miniatures referenced to their full-sized bottles to showcase high-resolution images.

C4. I don’t like the perfume I bought. Can I apply for a refund?
Please be advised that customers who make blind purchases and later wish to return items due to incompatibility of fragrance scents will not be accommodated. This policy is in place to ensure fairness to all our customers. For further details, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

C5. Do we do provide wholesale?

We do not accept franchise/wholesale/resellers at the moment. However, if you're looking for a collaboration, you can send us your portfolio to our email at theparentcompany.cs@gmail.com.

Alternatively, we also provide discounts for bulk orders. Should you be interested in placing a bulk order, you may reach out to our Customer Service and provide us with your list of order including the specific brand, perfumes and quantity. We may then provide with a drafted quotation accordingly.
